1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2. Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at turboartmy@proton.me with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
1.3. Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
2.1. Conditions for Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
2.2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at turboartmy@proton.me with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
